All vacancies will be announced on the website where the users can enter and fill in the recruitment application and provide the group with the personal information required. where the website enables User to apply for employment or submit career-related information, CME may collect and process personal data provided by applicants for recruitment, talent assessment, background screening (where lawfully permitted), communication, and related human resources purposes. All rights, title, and interest in and to the website and its content, layout, look and feel, source objects, databases, compilations, functionality, and underlying software, together with all intellectual property rights therein, are owned by cme, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and other laws.

15. Governing Law &amp

Dispute Resolution: these Terms & Conditions, their subject matter, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules to the extent permitted by applicable law. the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the website, subject to any mandatory consumer or jurisdictional rules that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. General provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. No failure or delay by CME in exercising any right, power, or remedy shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right, power, or remedy. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between CME and the user in relation to use of the website, except for any applicable supplemental terms, and supersede any prior understandings or communications relating to the same subject matter. CME may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any affiliate or as part of a restructuring, merger, sale, or transfer of business or assets. The words “including”, “in particular”, and similar expressions shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation”.
